Registration Policy
At least ONE author of each paper must register at non-Student rate whether the author is a student or not; otherwise the paper cannot be included in conference proceedings. Student registrations are not considered as an author registration.
- One full registration (author registration) can cover up to 2 papers by the same corresponding author. Please be sure to specify paper ID number when you make registration through the website.
- All payment are to be made in Singapore Dollars (S$).
- Students will be required to show their student ID card(s) at the conference registration counter.
Delegates may like to take advantage of the Advance Registration Rate for payment received before 30th NOVEMBER 2017
Please note that additional SGD100 will be imposed for on-site registration
Note: Each accepted paper must be accompanied by a full-fee registration. For participants whom are not presenting paper(s), Please visit the conference website for details on registration policy.

Cancellation/Transfer Policy
Request for Cancellation will be subjected to the following condition:
- Request on or before 15 November 2017 – cancellation charge of 50% applies.
- No refund will be allowed after 15 November 2017.
Payment for refund will be settled ONLY after the conference
